Traditional sausage made from ground pork and beef and seasoned with spices such as garlic and pepper and smoked for a rich and rustic flavor.

Breakfast Brat

A mild pork sausage that is great for many purposes (our favorite is panfried with eggs for breakfast.

Cheddar Brat

We took our basic bratwurst and added chunks of gooey cheddar cheese for extra flavor!  Great on the grill, topped with onions and mustard.
